Job summary

SDI Staffing in Monrovia, CA is seeking an Insurance Account Representative for our office. This full-time position offers a base salary of $60,000 to $75,000 plus bonus and 100% paid medical benefits.

You will build client relationships, tailor coverage across Property/Casualty, Health, and Life products, and coordinate with underwriting and claims teams to deliver excellent service.

• Experience building and maintaining client relationships to assess insurance needs.
• Ability to understand and propose tailored Property/Casualty, Health, and Life products.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong relationship to clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solution across Property Casualty, Health, and Life Insurance products.
• Prepare quotes, present proposals, negotiate coverage terms with clients and carriers.
• Process applications, endorsements, and renewals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to clients inquiries and coordinating with underwriting and claims teams as needed
• Cross selling, upselling, and include outside sales actives with appropriate.
• Collaborate effectively with internal team members to support agency goals and client success.

Insurance Account Representative needed for an agency in Monrovia, CA! HOURS: Hours are full-time; Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5 pm DURATION: Direct Hire WORKPLACE: In office PAY: $60,000 to $75,000 base salary + bonus! BENEFITS: 100% paid Medical Benefits

Job duties

• Build and maintain a strong relationship to clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solution across Property Casualty, Health, and Life Insurance products.

Requirements

• Must have personal and commercial lines experience.
• Active Property Casualty License is required.
• Life Insurance license is preferred.
• State Farm experience is preferred!
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate web based application.
