Michelle Cole Insurance Agency Inc is seeking an Insurance Staff in Santa Fe to support daily operations and customer success. You will help grow the Santa Fe agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

You will assist with life, auto, and home insurance products, handle applications, renewals, and endorsements, and complete licensing requirements to solicit and service State Farm products.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Must complete licensing requirements to solicit and service State Farm products.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear information about State Farm Insurance products, focusing on life insurance first, then auto and home/renters insurance.
• Assist customers with policy applications, renewals, and endorsements.
• Conduct needs-based interviews in the agent’s office to tailor coverage.
• Handle customer inquiries promptly and maintain accurate records of interactions.
• Support the agent’s marketing efforts to grow the agency.
• Ensure quality service to all State Farm policyholders.
