• Conduct needs-based interviews in the agent’s office to tailor life insurance coverage.
• Handle customer inquiries promptly and maintain accurate records of interactions.
• Support the agent’s marketing efforts focused on life insurance growth.
• Ensure quality service to all State Farm policyholders.
