Paul Donnelly State Farm Agency is seeking a customer-focused Account Representative to promote State Farm products including home, auto, health and life insurance. You will identify customer needs, educate on coverage options, and market products that provide security and value.

Responsibilities include sales, lead generation, and maintaining accurate records while delivering exceptional service within a collaborative team. Competitive compensation with base + commission.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of sales experience, preferably in insurance.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with computer systems to manage client information.

Responsibilities

• Sell Property & Casualty, Health and Life insurance products to new and existing customers.
• Educate clients on coverage options and handle inquiries and renewals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, and build relationships with local businesses.
• Provide prompt, accurate service and maintain records for client interactions.
• Follow all State Farm processes and disclose policy exclusions clearly.
