Mason Denton State Farm is seeking an Account Representative to advance our agency’s growth through proactive customer engagement and cross-functional collaboration. You will help identify needs, market relevant insurance and financial products, and build lasting relationships with clients.

You will support daily operations, respond to inquiries about coverage, billing, and claims, and strive to deliver prompt, friendly service that strengthens customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to effectively relate to customers.
• Property & Casualty license.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
