Account Representative for Jaron Snoeyenbos State Farm Agent is crucial to daily operations, developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing relevant products and services to help meet those needs.

You will establish relationships and follow up with customers, provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service, including inquiries about product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales roles preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
• Dedicated to customer service and anticipating customer needs.
• Property & Casualty license.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
