Pam Leonard-Williams Agency, a State Farm office, is seeking a competitive Producer who turns leads into lasting customer relationships. With 23 years of experience, the agent fosters a family-like culture and monthly team activities.

You will manage insurance accounts, handle policy changes, and pursue new business with outbound calls. Licensing support and opportunities for advancement are provided in a busy, rewarding environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Role Description

State Farm - Pam Leonard-Williams Agency is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As a State Farm Agent with 23 years' experience, I have created a culture in my agency where it is not just another job but more like family. The team loves our monthly team building activities and annual retreats. I have prior team members who have become State Farm Agents, I coach and mentor for success.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
