Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training.
• Two years of relevant insurance industry experience.
• Appropriate insurance license(s).
• Strong client relations skills with excellent communication and service orientation.
• Proficient in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel, occasionally overnight.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain key client and carrier relationships by phone, email and in person.
• Assist clients and teammates with service questions related to administration, billing, claims issues, and problem solving.
• Support renewal process and analyze coverage needs with the team.
• Coordinate meetings to present renewals and gather required documents.
• Prepare marketing information and update client management systems.
• Provide administrative support and participate in special projects.
• Attend seminars and carrier meetings to stay current on products and regulations.
