Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
• Two years of relevant insurance industry experience.
• Insurance licenses (if applicable).
• Strong client relations and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain key client and carrier relationships by phone, email and in person.
• Assist clients and teammates with service questions related to administration, billing and claims.
• Support renewal processes and analyze coverage needs for clients.
• Coordinate renewal meetings and present options to clients.
• Prepare and deliver required forms and documentation to clients.
• Update client management systems with policies, activities and follow-ups.
• Attend seminars and training to stay updated on products and regulatory changes.
