Joshua Lankford - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Manager to support daily operations and customer success. You will grow the agency through customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments.

You will proactively market relevant products and services to improve customers' lives, handle policy reviews, and resolve complex inquiries while meeting sales targets.
