Bart Perry - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Manager to build lasting relationships with customers and represent our agency across service and sales activities. You will act as a liaison between client needs and office departments, promoting relevant insurance products and services to improve customer outcomes.

You will drive retention, conduct policy reviews, resolve complex issues, and leverage your knowledge to upsell and cross-sell to both cold and warm leads.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Responsibilities
