Qualifications

• Licenses in Property & Casualty and Life & Health or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills with track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent organization and communication across phone, email, and in-person.
• Self-starter with urgency, accountability, and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and inbound/outbound sales.
• Manage a pipeline of qualified prospects and move them to closing.
• Respond quickly to inquiries and convert opportunities to clients.
• Review client accounts and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with underwriting teams and keep CRM up to date.
