Job summary

INSocial Risk Advisors in Ohio is seeking an experienced insurance professional to manage and grow a personal lines and small business book. You will onboard new business, service claims, endorsements, and billing, while proactively pursuing account expansion.

The role requires a current P&C license, strong account-management skills, and the ability to work independently with technology. Occasional travel may be required. Salary range $45,000–$65,000 plus bonus, PTO, and benefits.

Qualifications

• P&C licensed with relevant account management experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to work independently and be technologically proficient.
• May include occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Generate additional revenue from the book of business and identify growth opportunities.
• Onboard new business following the agency sales process and close deals.
• Provide outstanding inbound service on claims, billing, and policy changes with thorough documentation.
• Conduct account reviews to improve relationships, coverage, discounts, and retention.
• Be a proactive TEAM player, supporting marketing and agency initiatives.
