Job summary

Thad Hamilton - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Manager to grow the agency through strong customer relations and sales. You will act as a liaison between customers and agency departments, perform policy reviews, and promote relevant insurance products to both cold and warm leads.

In this on-site role, expect Monday–Thursday 8:30 am–5:00 pm and Friday 8:30 am–4:30 pm, with compensation between $50,000 and $65,000 per year plus potential performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
