Kim Austin - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Manager Team Member to support daily operations and drive customer success. You grow the agency by building meaningful relationships and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

You will recommend and sell insurance products, conduct policy reviews, handle complex issues, and contribute to retention and growth in a sales-oriented, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities
