Marc Tedaldi - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Manager to support daily operations and customer success in Town of Mount Pleasant, NY. You will help grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and serve as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments.

You will proactively market relevant insurance products, service existing policies, and contribute to a positive, customer-focused team environment that values timely, accurate guidance for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use knowledge of insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
