Ron Carroll - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Manager to support daily operations and client success. You will grow the agency through meaningful client relationships and serving as a liaison between client needs and agency departments.

As a sales-minded professional, you will use your knowledge of insurance products to explain and sell policies to leads, review policies, and drive retention and growth within the community.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
