Alliant Insurance Services is seeking a seasoned account manager to oversee a mid-market book with a dedicated service team. You will drive client service, lead generation, and cross-selling across multiple lines of coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Eight or more years related work experience.
• Valid Insurance License.
• Continued CE requirements for license renewal.

Responsibilities

• Manage client services and maintain relationships with minimal producer input.
• Direct a service team handling a mid-market book of business.
• Develop new business leads from Producers and cross-sell opportunities.
• Serve as primary contact for the client from lead to relationship.
• Lead the assigned book-of-business and perform team selling.
• Prepare renewal analyses and present to clients.
• Sell renewal business and additional lines of coverage.
• Draft Producer Service Proposals and promote additional services.
• Negotiate carriers for benefits and premiums; respond to client inquiries.
• Ensure data integrity in the agency management system.
