Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including inquiries about insurance availability, coverage, changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Grow our business by increasing sales, both in-book and out-book.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
