Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of account management or account representative experience in employee benefits.
• Strong listening and communication skills; ability to prioritize with clients and carriers.

Responsibilities

• Manage a middle market insurance book, with autonomy and decision-making.
• Provide professional service to clients, carriers and HUB colleagues to maintain retention.
• Support Producers and Account Executives in obtaining, maintaining and expanding business.
• Identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities and present coverage options.
• Document transactions and update broker management systems accurately.
