Job summary

Varney Agency in Farmington, ME is seeking motivated Personal Lines or Commercial Lines licensed Insurance Agents to join our growing team. As an Insurance Agent, you will build and maintain client relationships, assess client needs, and review client policies to assure they have the best coverage.

Qualifications

• Maine Property & Casualty License or prior insurance agency experience.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in computer applications (CMS software, Microsoft Office Suite).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.
• Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Review and update client policies as needed.
• Maintain accurate client records using the client management system.
• Assist clients with claims, endorsements and payment of premiums.
