Kirk Meckem Insurance Agency is expanding and seeks an Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member. You will grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and by aligning customer needs with our insurance products.

As a friendly, sales-minded professional, you’ll provide policy reviews, advise customers, and help resolve complex issues while supporting daily operations and growth of the agency.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use knowledge of insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to leads.
