Anthony Hunt Insurance Agency Inc is seeking an Account Representative to grow the agency through proactive customer relations and marketing of State Farm products. You will serve as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments, driving satisfaction and retention.

The role emphasizes developing leads, scheduling appointments, and providing prompt, friendly service while promoting continued customer relationships and coverage options.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to effectively relate to customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
