Gillian Verde State Farm Agent is seeking a competitive, people-oriented Insurance Account Representative to convert leads into lasting client relationships. You will communicate with clients, assess insurance needs, and market appropriate products while supporting office marketing strategies.

You’ll grow professionally as you engage with the community, develop quotas, and contribute to a collaborative team focused on customer satisfaction and long-term success.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales experience preferred (inside/outside).
• Property and Casualty and Life & Health licenses required.

Responsabilités

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Work alongside your office's team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
