Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
• Summarize current programs and expiring exposures.
• Draft proposals, stewardship reports, and other client presentations under guidance.
• Create premium billing allocations and review carrier invoices.
• Coordinate policy endorsements and review coverages for differences.
• Coordinate audits and resolve audit disputes.
• Document and process cancellations and non-renewals.
• Assist with loss runs, proofs, endorsements, and audit reviews as needed.
