David Smyer - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Associate to support daily business operations, grow our agency through meaningful customer relations, and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

Join a small, supportive team of three with PTO, health benefits, Simple IRA, and opportunities to advance. You will engage customers, market relevant products, assist with policy changes and claims, and help keep our database accurate while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
