Andrew Anderson - State Farm Insurance Agent is seeking an Account Associate to support daily operations and customer success in a fast-paced insurance office. The role focuses on growing the office through customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

You will assist with policy changes, claims processing, and onboarding new clients while collaborating with underwriters to issue policies and expand the book of business.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Must obtain insurance licenses

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Help retain and grow an established book of business
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Go above and beyond for each customer
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
• Acquire and onboard new customers
• Hark, sometimes stressful, fast paced work with competency to learn, understand, and explain a wide range of topics to customers
