Andrew Brandt - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Representative to support daily operations and enhance customer success. You will grow the agency by building meaningful customer relationships and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

You will proactively market relevant insurance and financial services products while delivering prompt, friendly service to clients and prospects. This role emphasizes customer-focused growth within a State Farm agency network.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales is preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to effectively relate to customers.
• Property & Casualty license.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing clarifications.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
