Qualifications

• Property and Casualty licensing is highly recommended

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up
• Educate clients about insurance, banking, lending, and investment products
• Develop leads, schedule client appointments, and identify customer needs
• Market appropriate products and services to clients and schedule investment consultations
• Follow established process flows using the agency’s client management system
• Proactively resolve client inquiries and issues
• Support agency growth by achieving sales and service objectives
