Job summary

Interior Exterior Building Supply LP in Birmingham, AL is seeking an Insulation Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations. This hands-on role requires forklift experience, inventory accuracy, and the ability to keep trucks moving and loads dispatched.

You'll supervise staff, conduct new hire orientation, ensure safety, and maintain organized insulation products while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations, preferably in building materials or construction supply.
• Leadership experience or readiness to step into leadership.
• Strong knowledge of loading, receiving, and inventory control.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts to keep inventory accurate.
• Check off inbound trucks and verify materials as they arrive.
• Receive and inspect LTL shipments and vendor deliveries.
• Coordinate and dispatch loads.
• Conduct new hire orientation for warehouse workers and drivers.
• Keep warehouse insulation and related products organized.
• Help load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Learn and work within our financial system.
• Assist customers with loading materials.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized at all times.
