Job summary

Bay Insulation Systems is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse and production operations in our metal building insulation facility. You will supervise General Laborers, Material Handlers, and Machine Operators while staying hands-on with laminator and band saw tasks to maintain production flow.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in manufacturing with supervisory experience, strong safety knowledge, and proficiency with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production operations with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing safety standards, lean principles, and quality control processes.
• Proficiency with ERP or inventory management systems, Microsoft Office, and production documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, coach, and hold accountable all General Laborers, Material Handlers, and Machine Operators.
• Oversee daily laminator and band saw operations to ensure continuous material flow.
• Coordinate scheduling, purchasing, and shipping to ensure materials and finished goods are available.
• Track and report KPIs, safety, quality, productivity and inventory metrics.
