Job summary

Interior Exterior Building Supply LP in Athens, AL is seeking an Insulation Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations in a hands-on role. You will work side by side with the crew, ensure accurate inventory, move trucks, and keep the warehouse organized and running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has warehouse operations experience, leadership potential, knowledge of loading, receiving and inventory control, forklift experience, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations, preferably in building materials or construction supply.
• Leadership experience or readiness to step into leadership.
• Strong knowledge of loading, receiving, and inventory control.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Forklift experience required.
• Dependable, punctual, and lead by example.
• Strong work ethic and team mindset.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts to keep inventory accurate.
• Check off inbound trucks and verify materials as they arrive.
• Receive and inspect LTL shipments and vendor deliveries.
• Coordinate and dispatch loads.
• Conduct new hire orientation for warehouse workers and drivers.
• Keep insulation and related products organized in the warehouse.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently.
• Learn and work within our financial system.

Interior Exterior Building Supply, the number one commercial and residential building material supplier in the Southeast, is searching for an Insulation Warehouse Manager for our Athens, AL location!

We are looking for a hardworking, dependable InsulationWarehouse Manager to help lead daily warehouse operations for our business. This is a hands‑on leadership role—not a desk job. The right person will work side by side with the crew, help keep inventory accurate, keep trucks moving, and make sure the warehouse stays organized and running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing
