Job summary

Ideal Air Conditioning and Insulation in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Insulation Spray Foam Technician to apply open-cell and closed-cell polyurethane foam in residential homes. Pay is $25.00–$35.00 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule and 40+ hours weekly, starting at 5:00am or 6:00am depending on season.

You will operate and maintain a Graco Reactor E-30 and spray gun, wear OSHA-compliant PPE, monitor inventory, and ensure customer satisfaction at project completion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with spray foam application
• Able to spray/install a minimum of 1 set per day
• Good communication skills and customer service
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record

Responsibilities

• Spray open-cell and closed-cell polyurethane foam insulation in homes per specs
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Graco Reactor E-30 and spray gear
• Wear PPE per OSHA and manufacturer guidelines
• Monitor inventory of rig parts, tools, and supplies
• Perform jobsite cleanup and ensure customer satisfaction on completion
• Protect homes with floor protection and keep work area clean
• Communicate with customers and verify satisfaction before leaving the jobsite

Job description

Insulation Spray Foam Technician | $25.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday | 40 + hours per week | 5:00am or 6:00am start time depending on season

Job Duties:

• Spray open-cell and closed-cell polyurethane foam insulation in residential homes according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot a Graco Reactor E-30, Fusion Air Purge Spray Gun, and spray foam rig equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Wear and maintain Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations and manufacturer guidelines
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels of spray foam rig parts, tools, and supplies
• Perform thorough jobsite cleanup and ensure customer satisfaction upon project completion
• Protect customers' homes and property by using floor protection materials and maintaining a clean, organized work environment
• Communicate with customers professionally and verify satisfaction with completed services before leaving the jobsite
