Job summary

Ideal Air Conditioning and Insulation in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Spray Foam Installer for open and closed cell SPF applications in single-family homes. You will install foam per homeowner specifications, interact with homeowners, and operate the Spray Foam rig with proper PPE per OSHA guidelines.

The role offers a 40+ hour work week with start times around 5:00am–6:00am, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K with match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Spray Foam Application.
• Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
• Valid driver's license; insurable driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Spraying Polyurethane Foam in open and closed cells in residential homes.
• Maintain and provide proper care and maintenance for Grayco E-30 Reactor, Fusion Air Purge Spray Gun and Spray Foam Rig.
• Wear Personal Protective Equipment per OSHA regulations and manufacturer specifications.
• Keep up to date inventory of parts on Spray Foam Rig; properly clean up worksite to customer's satisfaction.
• Utilize care for the customer's home with floor protection devices.
• Make sure that customers are satisfied with services rendered before leaving site.

We are searching for a Spray Foam Installer:

This position is an Open Cell and Closed Cell SPF in residential structures. Interacting with homeowners to properly install the Spray foam solutions to the specifics purchased by the homeowner.

Position: Spray Foam Installer

Pay Rage: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience

Work Schedule: 40 + hours per week, Monday through Friday

Work Hours: depending on season, 5:00am or 6:00am start time

What you will be doing:

Qualifications/Skills:

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record (preferred but not absolutely required)
• 5 + years' experience in Spray Foam Application
• Ability to spray a minimum of 1 set per day
• Excellent communication skills
