Pay ranges from $25 to $35 per hour based on experience and skill, with opportunities for growth for technicians who demonstrate strong independent work and teamwork in various job sites.

Qualifications

• Must have spray foam or insulation experience.
• Experience with spray foam equipment.
• Experience installing fiberglass, blown-in, batt or other insulation.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Install spray foam insulation on residential and commercial projects.
• Install other insulation products, including fiberglass, blown-in, and batt insulation.
• Properly set up, operate, and maintain spray foam equipment.
• Prepare job sites and surfaces for insulation installation.
• Apply insulation according to project specifications and manufacturer requirements.
• Maintain proper coverage, thickness, and quality standards.
• Trim and finish spray foam as needed.
• Load, unload, and safely handle insulation materials and equipment.
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Work professionally with homeowners, builders, contractors, and other trades.
• Complete projects efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
• Assist with general job-site duties as needed.

Pay

• $25–$35/hour depending on experience and qualifications.
• Technicians with strong spray foam experience who can independently operate equipment, troubleshoot issues, install multiple types of insulation, and consistently produce high-quality work will be considered toward the top of the pay range.
