ProSkill Services is seeking a motivated Insulation Installer to join our team for residential and commercial projects. You will be responsible for installing insulation, ensuring energy efficiency, and meeting quality standards.

Daily travel to Anthem, AZ is required, with relocation of the office to a Phoenix address as noted in the posting. The role requires experience in construction or insulation, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to read instructions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review daily work schedule and stock truck with materials and tools.
• Measure and cut insulation materials (fiberglass, foam, etc.).
• Seal surfaces to prevent air leakage with caulking, tape, or adhesives.
• Secure insulation with staples, tape, wire, or fasteners.
• Install vapor barriers and protective coverings where required.
• Safely operate hand and power tools (knives, staple guns, saws, blowers).
• Maintain records of materials used and work completed.
• Follow safety standards and keep job sites clean.

Job description

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Insulation Installer to join our team. This role is responsible for installing insulation in residential and commercial projects, ensuring high-quality work, energy efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has experience in construction, insulation, or a related trade, and is comfortable working with tools, heights, and confined spaces.

This is an in person role that requires you to travel to our Anthem, AZ location on a daily basis - We will be moving to N 19th Ave Phoenix AZ 85027

Key Responsibilities

• Review daily work schedule and ensure truck is stocked with insulation materials, tools, and equipment.
• Measure and cut insulation materials such as fiberglass, foam, or other thermal products.
• Prepare and seal surfaces by caulking, taping, or applying adhesives to prevent air leakage.
• Secure insulation with staples, tape, wire, or fasteners.
• Install vapor barriers and protective coverings where required.
• Safely operate hand and power tools, including knives, staple guns, saws, and blowers.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used and work completed.
• Follow all company safety standards and keep job sites clean.

Qualifications And Requirements

• Prior experience in construction, insulation, or painting (blown-in/spray foam similar to painting).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Work Environment

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
