ProSkill Services in Anthem, AZ (soon Phoenix area) seeks a motivated Insulation Installer to join our field team. This in-person role focuses on installing insulation in residential and commercial projects, ensuring energy efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You will measure, cut, seal, and install insulation materials, operate hand and power tools, and follow safety standards while communicating with customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or insulation is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to read and follow written/verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Review daily work schedule and stock truck with materials.
• Measure and cut insulation materials.
• Install vapor barriers and seal surfaces.
• Safely operate tools and maintain records.
• Follow safety standards on job sites.
