Job summary

ProSkill Services is seeking a motivated Insulation Installer for in-person work at Anthem, AZ, with daily travel to our Phoenix area location as we move to N 19th Ave in Phoenix 85027. Earn a competitive wage with opportunities for bonuses and a strong benefits package.

You will measure, cut, seal, and secure insulation in residential and commercial projects, operate hand and power tools, and ensure high-quality workmanship aligned with safety standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in construction, insulation, or painting (blown-in/spray foam similar to painting).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Review daily work schedule and ensure truck is stocked with insulation materials, tools, and equipment.
• Measure and cut insulation materials such as fiberglass, foam, or other thermal products.
• Prepare and seal surfaces by caulking, taping, or applying adhesives to prevent air leakage.
• Secure insulation with staples, tape, wire, or fasteners.
• Install vapor barriers and protective coverings where required.
• Safely operate hand and power tools, including knives, staple guns, saws, and blowers.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used and work completed.
• Follow all company safety standards and keep job sites clean.
