Job summary

Owens Corning Delmar is seeking a Production Operator to join our insulation manufacturing crew. You will assist the manufacturing process, participate in packaging, and uphold safety and quality standards during rotating 12‑hour shifts.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3+ years in manufacturing or packaging, and a forklift license. You must also pass WorkKeys and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with teamwork and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years experience in Manufacturing, Machine Operating, or Packaging.
• Must have forklift driver’s license.
• Able to work 12-hour shifts and rotating day/night shifts.
• Must pass WorkKeys assessment.
