Job summary

American National Insulation is seeking an Apprentice Installer to join our team in Sumner, WA. You will install insulation and related products per work orders, while following safety guidelines and CBAs.

The role involves loading trucks, inspecting sites, unloading materials, and performing warehouse tasks as needed. The position requires at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license for local travel and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid drivers’ license required if operating a vehicle.
• Able to lift 50 lbs unassisted.
• Daily local travel to job sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install products according to work orders, manufacturer, quality and safety guidelines.
• Review daily work schedule and ensure the truck is loaded with products, tools and equipment for the day.
• Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage material at job site.
• Report safety, customer or quality concerns.
• Perform warehouse-related duties as required.
• Any other duty per CBAs.
