You will install insulation in walls, ceilings, attics, and crawlspaces, loading materials, and ensuring safety procedures are followed on diverse job sites.

Earn a pay range of $20.00-$30.00 per hour based on experience, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus paid over the first few months.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation is required to report to shop and job sites.
• Comfortable using hand tools and basic construction skills are preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to job requirements and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Load and track materials on trucks.
• Set up ladders or scaffolding.
• Cut and install insulation to fit walls, ceilings, attics, and crawlspaces.
• Staple, glue, nail, wire, or run equipment for loose-fill or foam insulation.
• Drive a company vehicle when needed and keep it clean.
• Follow all job site safety procedures.
