Job summary

Thermo-Tech Mechanical Insulation in La Crosse, WI is hiring for a full-time entry‑level installer. No experience required; training provided. Starting pay range: $20.00-$25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

You will learn insulation techniques and install on pipes, ducts, tanks, and mechanical systems in both new construction and remodel projects. Emphasis on safety, teamwork, and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• No experience required; we will train you.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply techniques for installing mechanical insulation.
• Install insulation on pipes, ducts, tanks, and mechanical systems on new construction and remodels.
• Work with HVAC, plumbing, and process systems to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a safe work environment and keep job sites clean and organized.
• Complete basic job-related paperwork and coordinate with supervisors.
