Job summary

TruTeam seeks a driver/warehouse associate to support our energy‑efficient insulation and building materials operations. You will load trucks with products, perform safety and site inspections, and safely unload at job sites while reporting safety or quality concerns.

Local travel is required with occasional out‑of‑town assignments. Candidates must be 18+ and possess a valid driver’s license, reflecting our safety‑conscious, collaborative culture.

• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.

Your Qualifications

Travel Requirements

Type of travel required: local. Out of town travel as required. Daily travel to job sites.

Physical Requirements

This role requires prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. The role also requires good hand‑eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength. The position involves lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on the specific job duties.

Compensation Range

$13.00 - $30.00
