Job summary

IBP Beaumont is hiring for an insulation installer, performing hands-on work installing insulation in walls, ceilings, attics, and crawlspaces. You’ll load materials, set up ladders or scaffolding, and work with a small crew led by an experienced foreman.

Training is provided for the right person who shows up on time and follows safety guidelines. The role involves physical work, lifting, and operating tools in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Construction or installation experience is a plus; we will train the right person.
• Comfortable using hand tools.
• Able to work in tight spaces and at heights.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to bend, climb, kneel, and stand for long periods.
• A valid driver’s license is required for tasks involving operating a company vehicle.

What Your Day Looks Like

You’ll start early, either meeting at the shop or heading directly to the jobsite.

After loading materials and completing a quick safety check, the crew gets to work. You’ll install insulation in walls, ceilings, attics, and crawlspaces.
You’ll be working in a variety of conditions, depending on the job site and season, with safety procedures and proper equipment in place. You’ll work until the job is done and then head home.

Who You’ll Work With

You’ll be part of a small crew led by an experienced foreman. Team members look out for one another, work safely, and take pride in doing the job right.
If you show up on time, follow safety guidelines, and are willing to learn, you’ll feel supported and welcomed.

What You’ll Be Doing

What We’re Looking For
