Job summary

Installed Building Products Tulsa is seeking a hands-on installer to join a small crew led by a foreman. You’ll load materials, set up ladders, and cut/install insulation in walls, ceilings, attics, and crawlspaces while following safety procedures.

You\'ll work in varying conditions, promote teamwork, and have opportunities to grow into more responsibility. A valid driver’s license may be required for vehicle tasks, and training is provided for those new to construction.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to job sites and training available for construction roles.
• Comfortable using hand tools and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work in tight spaces and at heights.
• Bilingual is a plus, not required; valid driver’s license may be needed for vehicle tasks.
• Some assignments require a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

What Your Day Looks Like

You’ll start early, either meeting at the shop or heading directly to the jobsite. After loading materials and completing a quick safety check, the crew gets to work. You’ll install insulation in walls, ceilings, attics, and crawlspaces. You’ll be working in a variety of conditions, depending on the job site and season, with safety procedures and proper equipment in place. You’ll work until the job is done and then head home.

Who You’ll Work With

You’ll be part of a small crew led by an experienced foreman. Team members look out for one another, work safely, and take pride in doing the job right. If you show up on time, follow safety guidelines, and are willing to learn, you’ll feel supported and welcomed.

What You’ll Be Doing

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable transportation
• Construction or installation experience is a plus (we will train the right person)

• Able to bend, climb, kneel, and stand for long periods
• Bilingual is a plus, not required
• Driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle report required if job duties include operating a company vehicle
• Some assignments require a valid driver’s license
• A valid driver’s license is required for tasks involving the transportation of equipment or travel between sites

This is active, hands-on work. You’ll be moving, lifting, climbing, and working in a variety of conditions, including heat, cold, or dusty environments. We provide training, proper equipment, and follow safety standards. Reasonable accommodations can be made where required.
