Job summary

Installed Building Products Tulsa is seeking a motivated installer to join our crew and help install insulation in walls, ceilings, attics, and crawlspaces. You’ll start early, load materials, and work with a small foreman-led team to complete jobs on-site.

You may need to lift up to 50 lbs, use hand tools, and work in varying conditions. Training is provided, with room to grow within the company as you prove your reliability and safety focus.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation is required.
• Experience in construction or installation is a plus; training will be provided.
• Comfortable using hand tools.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to bend, climb, kneel and stand for long periods.
• Bilingual is a plus, not required.

What Your Day Looks Like

You’ll start early, either meeting at the shop or heading directly to the jobsite.

After loading materials and completing a quick safety check, the crew gets to work. You’ll install insulation in walls, ceilings, attics, and crawlspaces.
You’ll be working in a variety of conditions, depending on the job site and season, with safety procedures and proper equipment in place. You’ll work until the job is done and then head home.

Who You’ll Work With

You’ll be part of a small crew led by an experienced foreman. Team members look out for one another, work safely, and take pride in doing the job right.
If you show up on time, follow safety guidelines, and are willing to learn, you’ll feel supported and welcomed.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Load and track materials on trucks

What We’re Looking For

• Construction or installation experience is a plus (we will train the right person)

• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Able to bend, climb, kneel, and stand for long periods
• Bilingual is a plus, not required
• Driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle report required if job duties include operating a company vehicle
• Some assignments require a valid driver’s license
• A valid driver’s license is required for tasks involving the transportation of equipment or travel between sites
