Job summary

IBP Beaumont is seeking a hands-on insulation installer to join a small crew. You’ll load materials, set up ladders, and install insulation in walls, ceilings, attics, and crawlspaces, while following safety procedures. Training is available for the right candidate and growth opportunities exist within IBP.

Expect a fast-paced, hands-on role with different sites; you’ll work with a foreman and a tight-knit team, taking pride in high-quality work and safe execution.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to and from worksites.
• Construction or installation experience is a plus; training provided for right person.
• Comfortable using hand tools on a daily basis.
• Ability to work in tight spaces and at heights.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for long periods.
• Willingness to bend, climb, kneel and stand for extended durations.
• Driver’s license may be required for vehicle-related duties.

What Your Day Looks Like

You’ll start early, either meeting at the shop or heading directly to the jobsite.

After loading materials and completing a quick safety check, the crew gets to work. You’ll install insulation in walls, ceilings, attics, and crawlspaces.
You’ll be working in a variety of conditions, depending on the job site and season, with safety procedures and proper equipment in place. You’ll work until the job is done and then head home.

Who You’ll Work With

You’ll be part of a small crew led by an experienced foreman. Team members look out for one another, work safely, and take pride in doing the job right.
If you show up on time, follow safety guidelines, and are willing to learn, you’ll feel supported and welcomed.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Load and track materials on trucks

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual is a plus, not required
• Driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle report required if job duties include operating a company vehicle
• Some assignments require a valid driver’s license
• A valid driver’s license is required for tasks involving the transportation of equipment or travel between sites

The Physical Side (So You Know What to Expect)

This is active, hands-on work. You’ll be moving, lifting, climbing, and working in a variety of conditions, including heat, cold, or dusty environments. We provide training, proper equipment, and follow safety standards. Reasonable accommodations can be made where required.
