Job summary

Structis Company is seeking an insulation laborer to join a team delivering fireproofing, spray foam, and fiberglass insulation projects. You will load materials and equipment, install each job using approved methods, and maintain a steady pace to ensure safety and quality.

Experience in insulation or carpentry is highly desired; you should be reliable, punctual, and able to lift up to 80 lbs. The role offers weekly pay, year-round work, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and growth

Qualifications

• Previous insulation and/or carpentry experience highly desired
• Must know basic hand tools
• Must have a basic knowledge of reading a tape measure
• Hard-working and goal-oriented
• Reliable and always on time
• Has ability to multi-task
• Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment as required
• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 80lbs of product repetitively
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Load materials, tools, and equipment on the truck for each job
• Install each job using company approved methods
• Keeping a consistent pace to ensure quality and efficiency
• Follow safety guidelines at all times
• Unload the truck at the end of each day
