Job summary

Structis is seeking Commercial Construction Floor Underlayment Installers to support gypsum and concrete product installations across our projects in New England. You will work on diverse sites, handling bags, mixing materials, and assisting crew members to ensure quality pours.

Ideal candidates are reliable, able to lift up to 80 lbs, comfortable with multi-temperature environments, and willing to drive to multiple sites.

• Must know basic hand tools.
• Basic tape measure reading.
• Hard-working and goal-oriented.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Willing to drive to project sites.
• Able to multi-task.

• Able to lift up to 80 lbs repeatedly.
• Construction experience a plus.
• Concrete crew experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Breaking open bags of gypcrete and pouring into a mixer.
• Setting up the hose for pouring and connecting to the mixer.
• Operating a bobcat to move sand into the mixer.
• Finish the poured Gypcrete floor.
• Carrying supplies onto a job site.
• Pick up or deliver supplies as needed.
• Assist other crew members as necessary.
• Use small tools and perform basic equipment repair.

Primary Objective
