Job summary

Structis Company is hiring an Insulation Installer to support weatherization and retrofit projects across the region. You will load materials and install insulation using approved methods, maintaining quality and safety on every job.

Starting wage ranges from $20.00 to $30.00 per hour with weekly pay, year-round work, and a broad benefits package. Paid training, advancement opportunities, and employer-funded perks accompany a stable, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Previous insulation and/or carpentry experience highly desired.
• Must know basic hand tools.
• Must have a basic knowledge of reading a tape measure.
• Hard-working and goal-oriented.
• Reliable and always on time.
• Has ability to multi-task.
• Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment as required.
• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 80lbs of product repetitively.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Load materials, tools, and equipment on the truck for each job.
• Install each job using company approved methods.
• Keeping a consistent pace to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Follow safety guidelines at all times.
• Unload the truck at the end of each day.
